One of the collectibles in Kao the Kangaroo is the letters that form the word, KAO. You will find these hidden throughout the majority of the stages, with this page focusing on the locations in Walt’s Dojo.
Where to Find the K Letter in Walt’s Dojo¶

As this is the tutorial stage of the game, the letters are not too difficult to find. Go through the stage like normal and right after the bridge where you learn to double jump, you should see a high ledge off to the side you just can’t reach. A little further past that, you will find a tutorial crab that mentions Secret Areas. Go down that side path, past the chest with the plethora of Ducats, and at the end of it, you will find the K Letter.
Where to Find the A Letter in Walt’s Dojo¶

Continue with the stage like normal, until you reach the Kao Live on the main path. If you look nearby, you should see a waterfall and some shallow water. There is actually a hidden area behind the waterfall and that is where you’ll find the A Letter.
Where to Find the O Letter in Walt’s Dojo¶
(1 of 3) Use these platformers to reach the wooden walkway by the buildings
You won’t find this last letter until you have gotten your gloves. Once you have done that, you will open a gate and be in a beach area. Continue here until you come to a wooden gate that is shut. There will be some nearby ledges you can jump to, one of which will lead to the button that opens the gate. If you happen to look nearby, though, there are more ledges that allow you to reach the wooden walkway and buildings. Head there and follow the walkway around to the wooden door of the red building. Punch the door to bust it open and inside the red building with be the O Letter.
