Detailed Location

Clear The Onyx Watchtower Stronghold in the Dry Steppes to find this Side Quest to the south of the area, on the steps near the stream. On the steps, you’ll find Chabi, who wants you to find the personal effects of the living dead in Khargai Crags, 15 to be precise.

Khargai Crags is the large area to the east of the quest, and the offerings will drop of the various Horror undead in the area, although they’re not a guaranteed drop. When you have 15 personal effects, head back to Chabi. Speaking to Chabi will finish the quest, and give you your hard-earned reward.

In-Game Description

An ancient curse has long called unfortunate souls to their doom. Now, an elder name Chabi has asked me to seek the living dead in Khargai Crags and collect any personal effects to remember them by.
I have collected various mementos from the living dead in the Khargai Crags. I should return them to Chabi at the Onyx Watchtower.
