The following Trophies/Achievments are related to specific combat situations. A lot of these can be obtained as soon as you can choose your first augmentations from Koller, as covered in the main walkthrough. It goes without saying, but make sure to make a save file before you assign any of your augmentations. This way, you can purchase the augments for the task, complete it and reload to do the next.
All weapons have the possibility to be customized by pressing and holding [TRIANGLE]/[Y] while in your inventory screen. In order to obtain the Trophy/Achievement, you must upgrade a weapon to it’s max, the easiest being the Stun Gun. You can purchase a Laser-Targeting System from Tars in the Zelen Apartments (Adam’s apartment block). Once this is installed simply use crafting parts to upgrade the ammo clip to max to fully upgrade the weapon. If you don’t wish to keep the upgraded Stun Gun then simply save your game before you purchase anything or using any Crafting supplies and reload after you obtain the Trophy/Achievement.
Fully upgrade one of the augment trees such as “Icarus Landing” or “Social Enhancer”.
Simply purchase one of the new augments available to Adam in Mankind Divided (such as Icarus Dash) as soon as you get the opportunity.
You need to obtain one augment in every single tree available in order to unlock this Trophy/Achievement meaning that in total you’ll need 34 Praxis points. If you’ve not played this game as a completionist (or without following the Walkthrough in this guide) then you may find yourself a little short however if you start a new game+, any unlocked augs will stay unlocked making this a lot easier to obtain. Also note that if you’re going for the Trophies/Achievements associated with the Breach mode then you will be awarded with some Praxis points throughout your time spent with it.

Block an incoming enemy explosive with the Titan Shield.

Load up a master save after getting the option to purchase your first augments and this time pick the “Titan Shield” augment along with all of its upgrades in its tree. Now head over to Otar’s Casino and make another save so you can reload if you should fail this next step and try again. Get the attention of the guards here and then run back up and to a wall here so you can only be taken from your front and wait for an enemy to throw a grenade at you. At this point, activate the Titan Shield and the Trophy/Achievement should pop.
Slow & Sharp
Land an Explosive Nanoblade Shot on three enemies at once while the Focus Augmentation is active.

You’ll want both the “Nanoblade” and “Focus Augmentation” augments along with all the available upgrades before you head on over to Otar’s Casino. Head towards where Otar and three guards are located in the main room and then get yourself into cover. Hold down the button that the Nanoblade is assigned to and take aim towards Otar (the other enemies must be within his vicinity) and hit the buttom that Focus augmentation is assigned to. If done right, the blade should hit the enemies here causing the Trophy/Achievement to unlock.

Use both Knockback and Precision functions of the P.E.P.S. Arm Cannon at least once.

The augments needed for this Trophy/Achievement are the “P.E.P.S” Augment along with all of its upgrades. Once more head over to Otar’s Casino in the sewers and make a manual save for safety. Simply fire a charged shot (Precision) of the P.E.P.S by holding down the button before taking aim at another enemy by just pressing the button (Knockback) to complete this task.
