The Grand Strategist chooses one of the Combat Tactics areas. For 1 round, all allies in that area gain +(5 + (Grand Strategist’s INT + FEL bonus))% cover efficiency and re-roll all failed 7tharacteristic tests. Additionally, cover in the area does not suffer any damage.
