How to take down the reporter¶
Once you’ve dealt with the FBI Operation in Staunton Island, return to Asuka’s Home and you’ll find a letter waiting for you. Upon reading it you’ll discover that she’s currently away with Maria, but there’s a reporter getting too involved with the Yakuza and wants you to eliminate him.

Take the Police Boat from the dock (left), and race after the speed boat and continue shooting it. (right)
Head down to the dock a press Triangle/Y to commandeer the Police Boat, then follow the marked speed boat and once you get close enough hold L1/LB to fire upon it. After the damage bar on the right side of your screen reaches the end it’ll explode and the mission will come to a close.
