You’ll gain $150,000 for completing this mission.

Defend 8-Ball

After you’ve met up with 8-Ball at his Autoyard he’ll need $100,000 to purchase the explosives needed to destroy the boat in the Portland Harbor. You should already have the funds available, but if you don’t, then consider doing some service missions such as the Taxi Driver until you have enough.

Once you’ve given 8-Ball the cash, pick him up and then follow the waypoint to Portland Harbor. Here you’ll want to climb to the roof of the nearby building, then take out the enemies closest to 8-Ball first, as he’ll get killed and you’ll have to restart if you aim for the ones further back to begin. With all the enemies eliminated he’ll go in and plant the explosives which will bring this mission to a close.

Rockstar’s third entry to the timeless Grand Theft Auto series was a marvel on so many levels. The first 3D game that allowed you to cause havoc in an open-world stirred up more than just controversy; it also stirred the hearts of many gamers when it was released on the PS2. With it now home on also the original Xbox, PC, iOS and Android-based systems, we felt it was time to relive those wonderful moments and take you through its sandbox once again.
