Find the bunker

Head to the Eliot Residence to find the note

the bunker is in the shed at the back, shoot the lock to gain access

Climb to the second floor from the back of the house

navigate through the house via the windows to reach the ground floor

you’ll find the key in the kitchen

On your way out, throw an explosive at the pickup truck that arrives

two more cultists await you on the ground as you make your way back to the locked door

and the stash awaits.
