Black Widow Guard Spider

Description

The most powerful of the Guard Spider machines, the Black Widow is, in all honesty, a slightly statistically superior Tarantula. It has most of the attacks you expect, including all three “field” attacks - Super EM Field, Anti MP Field and Anti AP Field, which deal damage to HP, MP and AP, respectively, although the Super EM Field does surprisingly little damage, as does its Shinra Type-100 Cannon. Once again, its the standard, unnamed claw attack which you need to watch out for, as it’ll deal over 20,000 damage (255 VIT) and can inflict Death. Its Disarm Net attack is mostly dangerous because it can make it easier to hit you with its claws. As far as loot goes, it’s actually a step down from the Tarantula - you can steal 2x Shinra Beta+ accessories (common) or SP Barrier Materia (rare), and it will drop either a Shinra Beta (common) or 2x Shinra Beta+ accessories (rare).
