This is a simple quest which begins once you take a note from the room behind the first Sacrificial Gate of Segrummar, located within the Darkspawn Warrens. After you take the note, go to the first bridge in the Ruins of Heidrun Thaig. Keep to the left until you encounter a supply cache. From here you can follow the path along the ledge until you reach a small camp. After the inquisitor comments on the structure of the camp, the quest completes.
