Location

There are two ways you acquire a Shell Bell in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet:

• You can purchase a Shell Bell in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet from the Delibird Presents Store in Levincia.

• You can also obtain a Shell Bell in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet by defeating six Trainers in South Province (Area Three) and speaking to the Pokemon League Rep there.

• When a Pokémon holds the Shell Bell, they will restore a little HP every time they deal damage to an opposing Pokémon. This is a percentage based on how much damage they deal.
