How to Start / Where to Find

After riding your Chocobo for the first time in Chapter 2, Billy will inform you that Chloe requires your assistance. This triggers a green marker on your map, indicating Chloe’s location at Bill’s Ranch.

Deliver the Flowers: Return to Chloe at Bill’s Ranch and present her with the collected flowers.
