Head to Lowtown and enter The Hanged Man with Varric in the party. Talk to Varric to complete the quest and receive a codex update on The Grey Wardens .
With the quest completed it moves on to ‘Tranquility’ but before you do that search The Hanged Man for a chest in a room in the northwest to get the Shawl of Dalesdottir . Across the hall from this room is another with a barrel and book on Maleficarum . The final room you can access has a crate , loot it and return to Gamlen’s House and check the Writing Desk. Read the note to get the Secondary Quest ‘Bait and Switch’ .
