This Elixir rivals the Strong Precision Elixir for crit damage, which unlocks at level 70 for crafting, and consumption. However, this item is a rare drop from enemies, and so, is worth using if you have a Crit build like a Bone Spear Necro or Hammer of the Ancients Build, but, good luck with your chance of finding it.
