Mutator apex zombie. This creature only spawns after 
The Search For Truth main story mission. Killing the creature drops the 
Foreman’s Keys.
Location
You can find 
The Site Foreman at the construction site you rescued Jessie Kwon at in Beverly Hills, which is at the bottom right side of the map.
