A bunch of people escaped Lucky Quinn’s auction and you need to track them down. The missions are split into two parts, the first is finding and hacking the buyer’s phone and then driving to the briefcase location. These missions are not timed or difficult, but the distance between the buyer and the briefcase is usually substantial.

| Inside the ctOS Center on the east pier in Mad Mile |
Once all Briefcases are found you can begin the final mission, which requires you to intercept and take out the final buyer.
