Frostmaw the Mountain Terror, a Level 57 V Blood Carrier, patrols the roads of the Hallowed Mountains. Defeating Frostmaw grants a Tier 3 Spell Point and the spells 
Arctic Leap and 
Ice Block. Additionally, players unlock recipes for Thick Leather and Mountain Peak Bag. This unspeakable horror, rumored to have once been a simple woodsman, now haunts the snowy corridors of the mountains.
