Description
Foulrot the Soultaker, a Level 62 V Blood Carrier, is located in the southeastern 
Ancient Village in the Cursed Forest. Defeating him rewards players with a Tier 2 Spell Point and the spells 
Death Knight, Veil of 
Bones, and 
Soulburn. Additionally, players unlock recipes for 
Spectral Dust and Banshee. Foulrot, a mad cultist, claims to be the vessel of his decapitated horse and believes his blades send victims to hell.
