This mission begins with Snake sneaking into Camp Omega on the back of a truck from the western side. It has us tasked with meeting a secret agent embedded within the guards of the camp for information about a cassette tape holding some juicy information about the camp and its inhabitants. Our goal is to grab the tape and escape the camp whilst remaining as stealthy as possible.
Note that there is level-specific achievement/trophy awarded for finishing the level by escaping the camp on the back of a truck.
Mission unlocks:
The following bonuses will be unlocked by completing the mission on the two difficulties, completing trials and earning scores:
- Complete the mission on Normal to unlock the Hard Difficulty.
- Earn a S-Rank on the mission to unlock the AM-69 AAS Rifle at mission start.
- Complete the mission on Normal to unlock the ‘Fastest Marking of all Enemies’ Trial.
- Complete the mission on Hard to unlock the ‘Fatest Completion’ & ‘Fastest Acquisition of Second Tape’ Trial.
- Complete the ‘Fastest Marking of all Enemies’ Trial on normal to unlock remaining Normal difficulty trials.
- Complete the ‘Fatest Completion’ or ‘Fastest Acquisition of Second Tape’ trial on Hard to unlock the remaining hard difficulty trials.
Mission Scoring:
The following bonuses will be added to your score at the end of the level if you are able to meet the requirements as you move through the mission.
- 0 Combat Alerts = +6,000
- 0 Kills = +2,000
- 0 Retries = +3,000
- No Reflex = +8,250
- Classified Intel Recovered = +7,500
