Refuge is home to the fabled Ilos, the setting for the penultimate mission in Mass Effect.

You’ll unlock this achievement when you complete the phase of the mission Race Against Time that takes place on Ilos. To unlock this mission you must complete the four core missions on Therum, Feros, Noveria and Virmire. It cannot be missed.
