What Are Los Bandidos?¶

Los Bandidos is a gamemode in Far Cry 6 where you send out squads you’ve recruited throughout Yara on missions that take real time to complete. Spend your time doing other things, such as Main Operations, Yaren Stories or even Treasure Hunts, then return to the board and pick up your long awaited rewards.

However, before you can send out squads on missions you’ll need to recruit leaders which are more skillful soldiers that have their own unique abilities. Below you’ll find the names of the Los Bandidos Leaders which can be recruited.

How To Get Los Bandidos Leaders¶

How To Get Benito¶

Benito is automatically unlocked when you unlock the Los Bandidos Operations. Benito comes with the following skills, Surveyor: +50% Construction success chance and Constructor: -50% Metal requirements.

How To Get Alfredo Maximo¶

Alfredo Maximo is unlocked by completing the operation The Lion’s Roar which takes place in El Este. Alfredo Maximo comes with the following skills, Smooth Talker: +50% Bribery success chance and Thrifty: -50% Pesos requirements.

How To Get Big Papi¶

Big Papi is unlocked by completing the Yaran Story “Big Papi in Little Yara.” which is located on Duende Island. Big Papi comes with the following skills, Reckless: +50% Assault success chance and Speed Demon: -25% Bandido Operation time.

How To Get Freddy Jr¶

Freddy Jr is unlocked by completing the Yaran Story “Stealing Home” which is acquired by speaking with guerilla’s throughout Yara. Freddy Jr comes with the following skills, Sniper: +50% Sniper success chance
and Long Shot: Choosing Sniper action gives +10% success chance until end of Operation.

How to Get Isabela and Marisol¶

Isabela is unlocked by completing the Yaran Story “Wing and a Prayer” which can be found in Noventarmas. Isabela comes with the following skills, Surprise!: +50% Ambush success chance and Adaptive: +10% success chance to one choice for each step.

Marisol comes with the following skills, Inquirer: +50% Interrogate success chance and Field Medic: -50% Medicine requirements.

How to Get Sergio¶

Sergio is unlocked by completing the Yaran Story “Tricks of the Trade” which can be found in Concepcion. Sergio comes with the following skills, Ghillie Suit: +50% Stealth success chance and Super Sneak: Choosing Stealth action gives additional intel about Leader suitability for other Bandido Operations.

How to Get Zenia¶

Zenia is unlocked by completing the following Yaran Stories, Stealing Thunder, Heavy Metal and Paint the Town. Zenia comes with the following skills, Sabotage: +50% Sabotage success chance and Resourceful: -50% Gasolina requirements.
