In Far Cry 6 you’ll be able to purchase Supremo Backpacks from Juan on Libertad Island which give you a variety of powerful skills, such as being able to fire Rockets with the Exterminador Backpack. Additionally, you can add extra accessories to the backpack such as Gas Grenades to use whilst waiting for the special ability to recharge.

How To Get The Exterminador Supremo Backpack¶

You’ll automatically be given the Exterminador Backpack by Juan during the main story. This Backpack comes equipped with the special ability Armaggeddon Strike which will fire multiple rockets at nearby enemies. This Backpack becomes incredibly useful when trying to destroy vehicles.

How To Get The Fantasma Supremo Backpack¶

You’ll be able to purchase the Fantasma Backpack from Juan’s Weapon Shop for 100 Depleted Uranium. This Backpack comes equipped with the special ability Venom Salvo which will unleash poison around you causing any nearby enemies to turn against each other.

How To Get The Gladiador Supremo Backpack¶

You’ll be able to purchase the Fantasma Backpack from Juan’s Weapon Shop for 100 Depleted Uranium at Rank 5. This Backpack comes equipped with the special ability Juice Injector which will give you an adrenaline rush causing your Speed and Health to be increased.

How To Get The Triador Supremo Backpack¶

You’ll be able to unlock this Backpack by completing the Yaren Story Triada Blessings. This Backpack comes equipped with the special ability Truesight which will let you see and mark nearby enemies through walls. Additionally, if you combine this with weapon La Varita then you can shoot the enemies through the walls when the ability is active.

How To Get The Volta Supremo Backpack¶

You’ll be able to purchase the Volta Backpack from Juan’s Weapon Shop for 100 Depleted Uranium. This Backpack comes equipped with the special ability El Impulso which will emit an EMP Pulse causing enemies to be knocked over and disables nearby security systems.

How To Get The Furioso Supremo Backpack¶

You’ll be able to purchase the Furioso Backpack from Juan’s Weapon Shop for 100 Depleted Uranium when you’re Rank 3. This Backpack comes equipped with the special ability Fuego Loco which will unleash a ring of fire around you causing nearby enemies to be incinerated.

How To Get The Medico Supremo Backpack¶

You’ll be able to purchase the Medico Backpack from Juan’s Weapon Shop for 100 Depleted Uranium when you’re Rank 4. This comes equipped with the special ability Zona Medicina which will cause your health to replenish faster and you can self revive.
