Background / History

Before the Great War, this facility faced financial troubles due to mismanagement and pollution from nearby factories. In more recent times, it has been repurposed as Marowski’s clandestine chem lab, supplying Goodneighbor with chems.

Layout

Fishpacking Plant:

Ground floor with conveyor belts and catwalks.
Basement accessible via stairs, housing generators and maintenance areas.
Security door leading to a storeroom with a Protectron pod.

Marowski’s Chem Lab:

Accessible via hidden door on a catwalk.
Three ways to gain entry: hacking a terminal, obtaining a password, or tripping laser tripwires.
Contains chemistry stations, sleeping quarters, and a broken catwalk leading back to the plant.
