Description

Irish Pride Industries shipyard, once a hub for constructing midsize shipping vessels, fell into disrepair following the Great War. Survivors, including Wayne Tournquist and his companions, repurposed trucks stolen from the yard to fortify defenses at West Everett Estates, leading to an unfortunate accident. Later, Rory Rigwell sought refuge here, attempting to domesticate mirelurks and viewing them as misunderstood creatures, though his efforts ended in tragedy.

Layout

Situated north of Bunker Hill, the shipyard consists of run-down buildings and docks. The main building houses a dry dock with a fishing boat, serving as Rory’s living quarters. Additional areas include a lobby, break room, locker room, and workshop spaces. Rory’s body and stash, along with mirelurk threats, are found near the boat.
