Location / Where to Find

In the Underdark during Act 1, you can find a hidden area named The Festering Cove. To reach this area, head to X:76, Y: -242 and you’ll find some large mushrooms you can leap down to. From here, climb down the cragged rock to reach this area.

Once inside, you will find a Chest at X: -400, Y:329 which houses the item.
