A cold-hearted bandit lieutenant, she oversees the animal husbandry and leather tanning camp in Farbane. Once a member of the Dunley militia, she was removed from her position for her brutal battlefield decision-making. Aside from being a crack shot, her enchanted arrows rain down icy death.

Description

Keely the Frost Archer, a Level 20 V Blood Carrier, is located in the Bandit Trapper Camp in eastern Farbane Woods. A former Dunley militia member known for her brutal decision-making, Keely oversees animal husbandry and leather tanning for the bandits. Defeating her grants a Tier 1 Spell Point and the spells Frost Bat, Ice Nova, and Cold Snap. Players also unlock the Tannery structure and recipes for Leather, Traveller’s Wrap, and Empty Waterskin. Her attacks include Triple Shot, which shoots three arrows in multiple directions inflicting Chill, and Arrow Barrage, where she shoots ten arrows upward that fall around her, also inflicting Chill.
