To find the Camobatures Lightroot you will first need to reach the Serutabomac Shrine, which is located in the northeastern part of Hyrule Castle. You can check the database entry for the shrine using the link above, or if you just want to know the essentials, there are three main methods for getting to the castle: complete the Wind Temple to make use of Tulin’s Power of Wind ability, use the Autobuild ability to construct a Dirigible, or use a hot air Balloon to fly above the castle, then jump out of it and paraglide down to the shrine. Once you’re at the Serutabomac Shrine you can jump down into the Hyrule Castle Chasm to reach the depths below. From here, you should be able to see the Camobatures Lightroot which is almost directly beneath the chasm.
