A young man trapped in a fort near to 
Lookout Landing. Help him for some rewards.

Trapped in a cage, use 
Ultrahand to lift it up.
As thanks, he will give you some food, including a 
Hearty Elixir.
2. Hyrule Surface Map
X: 13772 Y: 13182
Hino can be found trapped in a cage at the back of the encampment. You can free him by lifting the cage off him with Ultrahand.
He will reward you for saving him by giving you the following items:
- Salt-Grilled Mushrooms
- Hasty Fish and
Mushroom Skewer - Hearty Elixir
