Ralis Channel Surface Cave
In-game Description
As you enter the 
Ralis Channel you’ll find a crystal for a shrine. You can move it down the water by placing it on a wooden board, then attaching 
Fans, Sails, and a 
Steering Stick to control its movement. At the end of the body of water you’ll find the 
Joniu Shrine, where you can place the crystal to activate it.
