Icefall Foothills Cave Surface Cave
In-game Description
To enter the 
Icefall Foothills Cave you need to melt the blocks of ice at its entrance, then another inside which leads to the deeper chambers.
In this cave you’ll find 
Brightcaps, ore deposits, 
Blue Bokoblins, and two particularly tough 
Black Bokoblins. In the area where you encounter these, look up to the east to see a block of ice that you can break to reach another chamber where the 
Otak Shrine is located.

The entrance to the Icefall Foothills Cave.
You’ll find a Flame Emitter to the east which can be used to melt the ice to the entrance of this cave.
