You’ll encounter Drain Deimos as you explore The Substation in the Downtown section of the game. These enemies can give you the parasites debuff, so you’ll want to make sure you have a Green Herb available so you can cure it. In order to take these out you’ll want to use the M3 Shotgun , as one shot will do the job.
