The last section on when you gain multiple attacks is incorrect (unless your chart is).

For High Growth should say: An extra attack is gained for every 5 pts beyond 1st level.

For Med & Low Growth: An extra attack is gained when Base Attack Bonus reaches 6 and then for every 5 points thereafter.
