Use
The 
Dark Crusader’s Call is one of the items needed for Exacter Dunmire’s NPC Quest. This is the fifth item that he requests, coming after you had over 
Ravager Gregory’s Rosary. He’ll mention that Harrower Dervla has stolen the item and asks you to retrieve it. Once you defeat Dervla at the Revelation’s Depths and return the item to him, he’ll send you off on the next item, while you may notice a change in his behavior.
Where to Find / Item Location
Revelation Depths: Obtained as a reward after defeating Harrower Dervla and The Unbroken Promise.
