Feast for the Poor is a side quest in the 
Kuttenberg region in Kingdom Come Deliverance II. You’ll begin the quest by speaking to Chenyek in

Description
When I was looking for John of Liechtenstein, I needed to speak to Goatskin and my search led me to a tavern called the Hole. There I talked to the local gaffer, Chenyek, who offered me a job.
