After completing the 
Into the Underworld main quest, Goatskin can be found in the attic space of a small building. You can climb the cart outside and through the open hatch to speak with him. He will teach Henry the following skills:
- Thievery (Apprentice) - 500 Groschen
- Stealth (Apprentice) - 500
