Decree of Bailiff Thrush Letters
Description
Commission from Sir Otto von Bergow for Bailiff Thrush
Text
We, Otto III von Bergow,
due to the increase in violent acts, attacks and robberies in our domain, command Bailiff Thrush of Trosky to immediately punish by death anyone caught in the act without hesitation. Exceptions shall be made in cases where interrogation and testimony from the miscreant can prevent further heinous acts.
Furthermore, I commission the bailiff to investigate the band sent by our enemies into the region to harm our people, threaten their lives, and seize their property. These hired scoundrels must be captured and their leader brought to Trosky Castle in irons.
Finally, I order that the watchmen go on patrol in full armour, and be paid double wages for their watch, and special rewards for capturing criminals.
