• Liurnia of the Lakes: This is your second opportunity to obtain these twin Stormhawk Axe from Nepheli Loux. If you met her outside Godrick’s boss room and spoke with her and her father at Roundtable Hold, she will move to the Village of Albinaurics where you can kill her and take her axes. There is one other opportunity in Leyndell, Royal Capital if you don’t wish to kill her.

• Looted from a dead body in the courtyard with Iron Maidens near Fortified Manor, First Floor at Leyndell, Royal Capital

• 1x found on a corpse on a wooden roof in Castle Sol in the northern part of Mountaintops of the Giants. From the Castle Sol Main Gate site of grace, go inside and hug left until you find a door leading inside the wall. Climb up and move along the wall to get to the area in the middle of castle; be careful to avoid a skeleton bomber and 2 hard-hitting skeletons behind steel arrow catapults. After you make it to the rooftop, there is a ladder down to a shortcut and the Sorcerer painting; from the rooftop jump over the northeast wall to a wooden roof below where you can find the axe.
