Description
Lost Ashes of War is an Upgrade Material in Elden Ring. Lost Ashes of War is a special item that can be exchanged to duplicate another Ash of War that you currently hold.
Location
- Can be found by the locked northeastern gate in Leyndell. This area is accessible by going through the outer wall of the Capital Outskirts.
- Purchased from the Isolated Merchant for 3000 Runes. He can be found in his shack at the very west of the Weeping Peninsula.
- Can be purchased from the Nomadic Merchant in Ainsel River for 3000 Runes.
- 2X can be purchased from the Isolated Merchant in Dragonbarrow for 5,000 Runes each.

Found on a corpse in the shallow water near the Lighting Wisps.

The Lost Ashes of War can be found by dropping into a hole in the 
Bonny Gaol Dungeon and then following the path around to the west and taking the first left.
From here, continue following the path around until you have to drop into a larger cave, then you’ll find the item in the back right corner.

Lost Ashes of War can be found on a corpse that’s sitting on top of one of the destroyed walls.
