If you want to use punching daggers specifically, the Diseased Spike set are among the best. They can inflict massive amounts of damage over time with the Bleed and Diseased perks.
How to Obtain
You can get the Diseased Spike punching daggers from the 
Blood Defiler, who can be found at 
Warmaker’s Sanctuary in the Exiled Lands. Alternatively, they have a chance to drop from 
The Lone Wanderer on the Isle of Siptah, but this is a very rare drop and the boss can be found wandering throughout the island.
