The Ashen Core Capitals

Description

The Ashen Core serves as the capital settlement of the Black Corsairs faction on the Isle of Siptah. Situated on the western side of the Isle of Siptah, this settlement is perpetually shrouded in fog. It is a complex and multi-layered camp with numerous outer defenses, small outposts, and a massive black wall that forms a barrier at its rear. Wooden platforms and towers extend throughout the camp and onto some of the ruined tops.

Within The Ashen Core, smaller camps can be found, each housing a variety of fighter and archer Thralls, as well as crafters including Cooks, Taskmasters, Sorcerers, Armorers, and Blacksmiths. In total, The Ashen Core is inhabited by approximately 25-30 NPCs.

Additional Notes

The camp contains cages and a Jailor.
The camp features numerous scattered archers in elevated positions, emphasizing the importance of a methodical approach when undergeared.
Spike traps are scattered throughout the camp, posing an additional danger when combined with the numerous enemies.

Loot / Rewards

Small chests can be found throughout the camp, typically containing Gold Coins and similar items, as well as lowtier clutter.

Wildlife/Occupants

Atop the highest “tower,” you can find two Black Corsair Veterans.
Two more single Black Corsair Veterans can be encountered while ascending to the top.
