Effect: Utilizing Basilisk Oil through a Bonus Action facilitates the transformation of a petrified creature, reverting it to its original organic state.

Mechanism: Unlike conventional potions, Basilisk Oil does not undergo direct consumption by the user. Instead, it is applied to another creature for its restorative effect.

This potion can alternatively be thrown. Throw the potion to turn all Petrified creatures in a small area back to their organic forms.
