A series of names have been scratched out, one after the other, on the inside of the ring. The last word, untouched, is not a name. It simply reads: Mine.

Snowburst: When the wearer deals Cold damage, they also create a 4.5-meter circle of ice around the target(s).

Location / Where to Find

It was found in a perception check floorboard hole located in the main floor of Last Light Inn. Go to the northwest room where a door leads to a balcony (X: -78, Y: 156)

Notes / Other Information

Synergizes fairly well with the Coldbrim Hat. Can be a great ring for the rest of the build for cold damage builds, either through Druids or Wizards. However, be aware that the ice can upset your melee party members for Slip and Prone hazards as they move around.
