Location / Where to Find

Once you reach Act 3, you must complete the Return Rakath’s Gold quest and ensure he survives the encounter. For returning the 10,000 Gold, he will hand you a Counting Key which unlocks the vault that houses this armor.

Notes / Other Information

You can choose to keep the 10,000 Gold instead of the reward.
