Location / Where to Find

It is found inside the Hidden Room located under the Elfsong Tavern as part of the Emepror’s side quest when you get near the Tavern in Act 3. You need to go into the cellar, through the wall, fight the Githynaki, and then enter the room near the statue hidden away.
