Otto, a member of the powerful arcana organisation the Circle of Eight, had a penchant for amulets. So much so that they announced his arrival before he ever needed to.

Effects/Special Abilities

High Spellcasting: You gain a +2 bonus to Spell Save DC.
Godswill: You gain an additional use of Channel Divinity. Once used, it is restored upon taking a Long Rest.

Location / Where to Find

Inside the Offering Chest located in the underground basement of the Stormshore Tabernacle. Pick lock the hatch in the corner of the church floor, and then enter the basement. Be mindful of Gas Traps and Pressure Plates, so we recommend going into Turn Based Mode and slowly revealing the traps and disarming them, or flying over them to get here. Once in the other room, avoid the trap again, then loot the Offering Chest in the centre of the room.

Note that each item in these chests are cursed, and will spawn a Deva protecting them when looted. However, you can drag the items out of the box and place them on the floor, and then loot them to avoid fighting the Deva.

Notes / Other Information

Likely The BiS Necklace for Clerics, unless you need them to take a healing Necklace or some other form of utility for your party.
