No Full Synchronisation Requirement¶

This is one of the easier tailing missions in the game. Simply keep up with the florist and stick to crowd groups, as like all the other tailing targets he does turn around to check. Follow him to the source of his flowers, and then pick any three white tulips and return to meet Sofia to end this short Memory.
