After reading the letters inside the bottle that washed up to shore, Jegga, the Beast Watch guardsman asks you to go look for a terese seed on the 
Khaswia Moors. Once you find it, return to him so he can place it in the bottle and send it on to the child.

You gave the terese seed to Jegga and he wasted no time in placing it in the bottle along with a letter he had written. After he released the bottle into the sea, he watched it drift towards the horizon on the current and didn’t take his eyes off it until it had vanished from view.
