Rabites have been causing no end of trouble in the vale of late. Perhaps if you defeat their leaders in the 
Wind Sanctum, the other Rabites might end their rascally ways.

No sooner do you defeat the Rabite leaders than the trouble in the vale subsides. But seeing as Hodzuki decides to leave a little fabric out especially for the Rabites to nibble on, perhaps she doesn’t hate them that much after all.
