They look identical, but three unique instances of this card exist. They are obtained in the following ways:

Beating the Alchemy Supplies seller in a shop near the Gran’place fast travel point.
The other two are obtained when collecting a Skellige deck during the quest Gwent: Never Fear, Skellige’s Here!
