In-game Description
Tasseren, the owner of 
Dueling Peaks Stable, wants to hang a painting of Hyrule’s finest sunrise, which is said to be visible from the summit of Tuft Mountain to the southeast of the stable.
Maybe there’s a way to take a picture of it and show it to Tasseren.
