Bandit's Way Mushroom Kingdom Region

Description

The Bandit’s Way are fields filled with hills located just to the south of the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario and Mallow first traverse this area in pursuit of Croco, who has pinched Mallow’s grandfather’s gift. As only the second major field area in Super Mario RPG, you’ll find it a good source of training as you get used to the battle system and practice your timed defenses against enemy attacks. The Frogogs found here should be of special note, as these tend to feature higher HP than the other monsters you’ll encounter here.

This is also the area where you’ll first unlock the ability to run into Special Enemies, these will be far deadlier than their counterparts, but defeat them and you’ll obtain a useful Frog Coin!
